1. Course Cancellation:
   Users may cancel their enrollment within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, no refunds will be provided.

2. Refunds:
   Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. Contact support@hsecurities.in with your order details for assistance.

3. Exceptions:
   Refunds are not applicable for partially completed courses, course trials, or free content.
